Company Background

Green Living is a property development and managing company founded in 2007. We exist with the express purpose of providing an environmentally responsible residential living without compromising the earth’s ability to meet current and future human demands on its resources.

The current development consists of 20 units in Phase I. Green Living stands apart as a dynamic space where the term ‘green’ is more than a buzz word. From our materials used in construction to our community ambiance, ‘green’ is the new standard of living.

Green Living also provides management services for the upkeep of the premises. Residents have the opportunity to participate in recycling programs, educational seminars, and events coordinated by the management staff.
